Outside, you’ll also find an outdoor dining area and a park-style charcoal grill. Charcoal is take-some, leave-some, so we recommend bringing your own if you plan to grill.

Villa Sol is located in a natural mountain setting surrounded by trees, wildlife, and the changing seasons. You may occasionally notice insects, leaves, pollen, spider webs, ladybugs, stink bugs, or other signs of nature, especially outdoors and during warmer months.

The cabin is professionally cleaned and maintained between stays, but part of staying in the Smokies is being close to the natural environment. Keeping doors closed, storing food properly, and turning off unnecessary outdoor lights can help keep the indoor space comfortable.

Please place all bagged trash inside the bear-proof trash container provided at the cabin. Do not leave trash, food, coolers, or scented items outside or on the porch, as they can attract bears and other wildlife.

Keeping trash secured helps protect you, the cabin, and the wildlife that call the Smokies home.

Villa Sol is accessed by a private gravel road among the trees. The drive is mostly flat, with a slight incline near the cabin that leads to flat parking in front. Parking is most comfortable for one vehicle, with room for up to two. In winter weather or icy conditions, all-wheel drive may be helpful, though this property is generally easier to access than many steep mountain cabins.

Yes. Villa Sol and Villa Luna are located on adjoining properties and can be booked together, subject to availability. They are ideal for two couples or a small group who want to stay close while still enjoying the privacy of separate cabins, outdoor spaces, and driveways.
